To all, Below is a voluntary workout schedule for this week only. Adjustments may be made to allow for specific position workouts leading up to tryouts in February. Stay tuned to e mails and the Trinity Baseball web site (

Monday - Juniors and Seniors hit in the Bullpen at 3:15. Strength training for Everyone at 4:15, and conditioning at 5:15.

Tuesday - Freshman and Sophomores hit in the Bullpen from 3:15-4:00Pitchers and catchers stay and throw at 4:00 -5:00. Junior and Senior pitchers throw at LBC at 3:30 in 2 tunnels and position players hit in 2 tunnels.

Wednesday - freshman and sophomores hit in the bullpen at 3:15, strength training for everyone at 4:15, conditioning at 5:15.

Thursday - hitting at LBC for anyone

Friday - pitching at LBC for pitchers and catchers at 2:30.
